Vicky L. Walline, 68, of Colona, formerly of Cambridge, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, May 20, 2019. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 25th, at the Cambridge Chapel of Stackhouse-Moore Funeral & Cremation Services. Rev. David Joyce will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery, Cambridge, followed by a luncheon at the Cambridge Public Libary. There will be no public visitation. Memorials may be made to the Vicky Walline Memorial Fund.
Vicky Lee Anderson was born April 13, 1951 in Kewanee, the daughter of Milford S. and Goldie M. Burnett Anderson. She attended primary school in Galva and graduated from Central High School in Phoenix, AZ in 1969. Her marriage to Michael A. Walline took place on August 27, 1971 in Kewanee. He passed away on March 9, 2013.
She was a mother, a homemaker , and her husband's right hand (wo)man on their farm. Vicky enjoyed the red rocks of Sedona, the beaches of Kauai, hiking, her children's activities, and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Vicky, also known as Meme, was proud of her family and enjoyed vacationing with them in Hawaii, Florida, Catalina Island, Walt Disney World, and Italy.
Those surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Tamara and Brian Wattenbarger, Rimrock, AZ, Kelsi and Jack Frajman, San Antonio, TX, a son, Travis J. Walline, Colona, grandchildren, Blake Rahmus, Chloe, Claire, and Cai Frajman, Josie and Jacob Walline, as well as Brandon and Brett Wattenbarger and Kelsey and Tristen Manasco, and a great grandson, Weston Rahmus. Other survivors include a brother, James Anderson, Phoenix, AZ, and several nieces and nephews. Her parents, her husband, three brothers, Gene, Danny, and Charles "Chuck", and two sisters, Nancy Legaspi-Macias, and Shirley Payne, preceded her in death.
