Teri R. Henscheid, 55, of Galesburg, died Thursday, September 10, 2015, at her sister’s home in Galva. Cremation has been accorded and there will be a Celebration of Life gathering from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, September 19th at the Hagberg-Hamlin American Legion Post No. 45 in Galva. Memorials may be made to OSF St. Mary’s Hospice. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services, Galva, is assisting the family.
Teri Rae Lang was born October 29, 1959 in Galesburg, the daughter of Raymond J. and Ruby L. Landreth Lang. She was educated in Galva schools. Her marriage to Mark Henscheid took place on September 24, 1987 in Dallas, Texas. Teri has worked as an admission coordinator at OSF St. Mary’s Hospital in Galesburg for the last ten years. She enjoyed fishing and horses.
Those surviving are Mark Henscheid, Galesburg, a son, Chris Henscheid (Nikole Lenz), Joy, IL, her father, Raymond Lang, Macomb, IL, a sister, Sheri (Tom) Kewish, Galva, and a brother, Joe Lang, Austin, TX. Other survivors include a niece, Autumn Harland, Moline, two nephews, Aaron Kewish, Galva, and Tony Lang, Austin, TX, and a great nephew, Lorenzo Sarver, Galva. Her mother preceded her in death.
