Sharon Kay Lewellen was born December 13, 1946 in Kewanee, IL the daughter of Clarence “Buck” and Helen T. (Wetch) Lewellen. She graduated from Kewanee Wethersfield High School in 1964. Sharon married Jack Sizemore on Dec. 31, 1988 in Buda, IL. He preceded her in death. Sharon had worked as an area beautician and then worked at Harper Wyman, Princeton. She owned and operated Yukon Jack’s with her husband in Sheffield. She later worked for Henry County Health Department where she enjoyed helping to take care of others. Sharon enjoyed organizing activities at Ridgewood Tower where she lived in East Moline and enjoyed going to bingo and casino with her family.
Survivors include her daughter, Teresa Colwell (George Glavas), Moline; sister, Kathy Lewellen, (Dona Rushford) Moline; and step-daughter, Lauri (Rick) Cochran, Kewanee. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
