Rod Seeley

Rodney L. Seeley, 79, of Geneseo, IL formerly of Salisbury, NC and Sugar Grove, PA went to be with his Lord and Savior surrounded by loving family on Sunday, December 23, 2018 from Hillcrest Home, Geneseo.  Cremation rites will be accorded.  No services are planned.  Stackhouse-Moore Funeral & Cremation Services, Geneseo is assisting the family.  Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s or to Alzheimer’s Association.

Rod was born August 20, 1939 in Jamestown, NY the son of Rodney S. and Olive (Ferry) Seeley.  On May 30, 1969 he married Laurel E. Duell in Lander PA.  She survives.  Rod had worked for over 39 years at MRC/SKF in Falconer, NY.  He enjoyed golfing, horses, hunting and fishing.

Surviving are his wife, Laurel; daughters, Kim (David) Whiteman, Warren, PA, Penny (Steven) Rex, Youngsville, PA, and Tammy Nelson, Youngsville, PA; sons, Ronnie (Kim) Seeley, Youngsville, PA and Shane (Christine) Seeley, Geneseo; 16 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; brother, Terry (Nancy) Seeley, Clayton, NC and sister, Linda (Ronnie) Denslow, Sun City, AZ.  Rod was preceded in death by his parents, and infant sister, Patty Seeley and a sister, Cheryl Kepple.
