Helen L. Fischer, 94, a resident of Toulon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, passed away at the Center on Sunday, December 1, 2019. Cremation has been accorded and there will be no services. A private committal will take place at the Galva Cemetery at a later date. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with the arrangements.
