Gerald "Jerry" Armstrong

Gerald E. “Jerry” Armstrong, 69 of Annawan died on Monday, Nov. 14, 2016 at his home. A time of Celebration of His Life will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19th at the home of his nephew at 211 S. Walnut St. in Kewanee. Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be given to his family to help with funeral expenses. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral & Cremation Services, Annawan is helping the family with arrangements.
Jerry was born Nov. 1, 1947 in Kewanee, IL the son of Kenneth and Ethel (Rounds) Armstrong. He attended Kewanee Schools and spent his life working as a truck driver. Jerry loved his family and helping others.
Survivors include two sisters, Carol Armstrong, Colorado Springs, CO and Beverly Armstrong, Atkinson; a brother, Wayne Armstrong, Mineral and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and great great nieces and great great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and special friend, Marlene Miller.
