G. Annette Klavon, 53, of Geneseo, died Sunday, September 11, 2016, at Hammond Henry Hospital, Geneseo. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 17th at Concordia Lutheran Church, Geneseo. Rev. Stephen Mueller will officiate. Burial will be in North Cemetery, Geneseo. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 – 7 pm at Stackhouse-Moore Funeral & Cremation Services, Geneseo. Memorials may be made to the Annette Klavon Memorial Fund.
G. Annette Stach was born February 10, 1963, in Kewanee, the daughter of Harlan and Myrtle (Lindsey) Stach. She graduated from Geneseo High School in 1981, and was united in marriage to Raymond D. Klavon on July 3, 1982 in Geneseo. He survives. Annette had worked at Shop & Go, now Becks, for 17 years. She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, Geneseo; and had been active with Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and PTA. She was a former member of the Geneseo American Legion Auxiliary. Annette enjoyed camping, playing cards with friends, and crocheting.
Annette is survived by her husband, Raymond; a daughter, Erika (Gene Stitcher) Watkins, Geneseo; a son, Nathan Klavon, Geneseo; a brother, Robert “Mickey” Wilson, Lawrence, KS; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.
