Elias A. “Bert” Bertsos, 75, of Hanover Park, IL died Friday, October 30, 2009 at St. Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Hoffman Estates, IL. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3rd at Oakwood Cemetery, Geneseo. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Service 225 E. Park St., Geneseo is assisting the family with arrangements.
Elias was born July 29, 1934 in Greece. He had worked for American Airline for over 40 years until retiring in 1994. He enjoyed taking care of his yard.
Survivors include two daughters, Monica Bertsos, Bartlett, IL and Janel Porter, Belvidere, IL; two grandchildren, Curtis and Alissa Porter and five sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents.
