Debra K. (Blank) Sparkman, 56, of rural Coal Valley died Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at her home. Cremation rites will be accorded. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services, Geneseo is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to Henry County Humane Society.
Debra was born November 23, 1954 in Moline the daughter of Wilbur and Sarah (Pauley) Blank. She graduated from Orion high School in 1973. Debra loved her pets: cats, dogs, and horses.
Survivors include her mother, Sarah Blank, East Moline; a sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Gene Pinegar, State Center, IA; a niece, Kathy Kittleson, Melbourne, FL; and a nephew, Dave Ewing, Orlando, FL. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Patricia Ewing.
