Bruce Spears

Bruce A. Spears, 61, of Chandler, AZ, formerly of LaSalle, IL died peacefully on January 20, 2015 at Hospice of the Valley in Chandler, AZ.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21 ^st at Fairview United Methodist Church, rural Annawan.  Rev. Dan Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, rural Annawan.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services.  Memorials may be made to Fairview United Methodist Church.  Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services, Annawan is assisting the family with arrangements.

Bruce was born December 12, 1953 in Great Lakes, IL the son of Keith A. and Janet (Downey) Spears.  He graduated from Annawan High School in 1972.  Bruce worked for 30 years for LTV Steel in Hennepin, IL retiring in 2001.  He enjoyed hunting, Sci-Fi TV and spending time with his family.

Survivors include daughter, Autumn Spears, Spring Valley, IL, son, Dana Adams, LaSalle, IL and daughter, Mindie Loebach, North Carolina; four grandchildren, Byran, Cole, Koregan, and Owen and a granddaughter on the way.  Also surviving are his mother, Janet Spears, Chandler, AZ; and brothers and a sister-in-law, Roger A. and Mim Spears, Tyler, TX and Paul A. Spears, Chandler, AZ.  He was preceded in death by his father and a sister Darci.
