Anita Swiger

Anita A. Swiger, 85, of Geneseo, died Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Hillcrest Home, Geneseo. Private graveside services for immediate family will be held on Monday, April 7 th at Oakwood Cemetery. Rev. Christopher Ritter will officiate. There will be no visitation. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services, Geneseo, is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to Geneseo Humane Society or VFW.
Anita Dilenbeck was born February 7, 1929, the daughter of John L. and Dora E. (Hutchinson) Dilenbeck.. She married Marvin Swiger and they had 70 years together working on their dairy farm. He survives.
Survivors include her husband, Marvin; sons, John (Pam), Carbondale, IL, Steve (Linda), Geneseo, and Tom (Eileen), Florida; daughters, Nancy (Roger) Abell, Geneseo, and Sharon (Don) Clark, Geneseo; 46 grandchildren and great grandchildren; and one great, great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Linda; a grandson, Adam Abell; and daughter-in-law, Sharon.
