Andrea Rosenow

Andrea M. Rosenow, 75, died on Monday, December 14, 2020 at the Life Care Center of Columbia, Columbia, TN.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 19th at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Sheffield.  Father Mark Miller will officiate.  Memorials may be made to Hydrocephalus Association, 4340 East West Highway, #905, Bethesda, MD 20814-4447.  Stackhouse-Moore Funeral & Cremation Services, Sheffield is assisting the family with arrangements.

Andrea Marie Specht was born on January 8, 1945 in Geneseo, IL the daughter of Harley and Margaret (Brown) Specht.  Andrea was raised in Sheffield and educated in Buda, Illinois. Graduating from Western Community Unit in 1963.  Andrea had worked as a secretary for various companies in New Orleans, LA, Denver, CO, and Collinsville, IL.

In her younger years, she loved to go camping and to cross country ski. She was a huge Elvis fan, whom she shared her birthday with.

Those surviving are her son, Troy (and Suzy) Rosenow, Gilbert, AZ and her daughter, Tracey (and Jason) Gomora, Franktown, CO;  four brothers, Robert, Alan, Dennis and David Specht and a sister, Debra Rodseth. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Sara, Savanna, James, Jacob, Shelby, Ashley Rosenow and Brooke and Cody Gomora, and a great-grandson, Oliver.   She was preceded in death by her parents.

Andrea touched the lives of many people with her smile and maintained her trademark sense of humor all the way to the end.
