Aaron D. Youngberg, 41, of rural Lynn Center died Thursday, November 6, 2014 at his home. Memorial services will be held at 11 :00 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12 th at Augustana Lutheran Church, Andover, IL. Rev. James Sbertoli will officiate. Cremation rites have been accorded and inurnment will be in Andover Cemetery. Memorial visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Augustana Lutheran Church, Andover. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to his family. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services, Cambridge is assisting the family with arrangements.
Aaron was born on December 31, 1972 in Moline, the son of David and Betty (Rainey) Youngberg. He grew up to be a talented athlete and graduated from Bement High School in 1991. He continued his education at Western Illinois University, Quad Cities where he received a B.A. in Marketing. Throughout his career he worked as a technical engineer but his real passion was always farming, which began at a young age. Aaron was known for his great sense of humor and his ability to make everyone laugh. If Aaron was present at a social event he was the life of the party. He will be greatly missed.
Those surviving him are his father, David Youngberg, Andover, IL; daughters, Eden and Bailey Youngberg and son, Justice Youngberg. His brothers Brandon Youngberg and Kyle (Amy) Youngberg as well as nieces Bianca, Brianna, and Katelyn and his grandmother Charlotte Rainey also survive. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Betty, grandmother Elizabeth Rainey, grandfather, Lynn Rainey and grandparents, Justice and Ruth Youngberg.
